Delibra remains available throughout your access period. Return to the relevant learning, refresh the judgement, practise the decision and check what has changed since the first time you completed it.

Cost context

Prevention is the lower-risk option.

Official 2026 solicitor guideline rates for qualified solicitors range from around £200 to £579 per hour, depending on grade and location.

These rates are not a like-for-like comparison with Delibra and are not universal client charging rates. They simply provide context for the cost of external professional legal time.

The best time to manage an Employee Relations problem is before it becomes a legal dispute.

Delibra trains your HR team, HR Manager or consultant to recognise risk earlier, ask better questions and handle cases more effectively — helping reduce avoidable mistakes before an issue escalates to external legal advice, settlement discussions or Tribunal proceedings.

Build the capability earlier. Reduce avoidable escalation.

Some complex or high-risk matters will still require specialist legal advice. Delibra helps build the internal capability to manage more issues effectively before they reach that point and to recognise when legal advice is genuinely required.

Before you choose

A few useful answers.

What does the £795 include?

+

£795 covers your first year of Delibra ER membership, including all specialist ER subjects, interactive judgement exercises, realistic case simulations and relevant employment-law and Acas updates. You can revisit the learning whenever you need it while your membership is active.

What payment options are available?

+

Pay £795 upfront or spread the cost across 12 monthly payments of £66.25. Both standard options have an initial 12-month commitment. After that, membership continues monthly at £66.25 unless cancelled. Any promotional trial terms are shown separately at checkout.

Does my membership renew automatically?

+

Yes. After your initial 12-month commitment, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis at £66.25 per learner, with no further 12-month commitment. You can cancel future renewal through your membership settings. Your access continues until the end of the applicable paid period; cancelling renewal does not remove payments due during the initial commitment.

What happens before my membership renews?

+

Your membership settings show your renewal details and cancellation options. After the initial commitment, monthly payments continue unless you cancel future renewal. We will notify you before any change to your renewal price.

Can my employer pay?

+

Yes. Delibra ER can be purchased as employer-funded professional development or by individuals and consultants funding their own development.

Does Delibra replace an employment lawyer?

+

No. Delibra is professional learning and development, not legal advice. It develops the knowledge and judgement to recognise risk earlier, handle more issues effectively in-house and reduce avoidable escalation. Some complex or high-risk matters will still require specialist legal advice.
